Based in Fulham, an independent Marketing Communications Group is recruiting for an IT Support Assistant. Previous Mac Support experience is essential for this role. Salary £24,000 - £26,000 + Benefits This is great opportunity for a person with excellent communication and 1st line support experience who is looking to gain experience at second line support and assist with 2nd 3rd line project work, working closely with the IT Manager/ You will be supporting approximately 70 users with PC's and Mac's, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Macromedia Studio MX, installing and maintaining equipment. The IT infrastructure includes Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Linux and Solaris. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience providing: Desktop Support PC and Mac Operating Systems Network Printers Microsoft Office 2003 Suite and Adobe Creative 3 for Mac Backup procedures and Anti Virus You will have excellent communication skills when assisting users in a professional manner.
