Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient Business Intelligence (BI) technologies, policy and process to support the company's BI strategies. Gathering and analysing core business requirements and using this to build standard and ad-hoc reporting within the company's strategic BI platform. Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximise the benefit of the BI investment. Overall accountability for the performance and management of the BI strategic environment. This includes managing user reporting requirements and expectations while maintaining the integrity of the BI environment. Assist with project management during application deployment. Manage and maintain application knowledge and end user best practice through regular training sessions. This also includes initial training requirements for new staff. Ensure ITIL, SDLC and other industry best practice processes are used in the deployment and management of the BI environment. Ensure that a consistent grade and level of documentation, end user training and technical training is delivered.
