Process Improvement Consultant (CMMI) We are searching for a CMMI Process Improvement Consultant. You will have been a key player within several CMMI based process improvement initiatives with a good working knowledge of CMMI Level 3. You will be very comfortable interpreting the CMMI model within complex environments and able to discuss its needs in a very pragmatic, clear manner to the organisation's delivery staff. You will need a strong background in the model, have a hands on approach but be able to work fluently with staff from all levels of management and technical disciplines. In addition you must be a team player who is able to listen and contribute to the team's objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team driving change within our major clients.
