C++ Developer/Programmer - UNIX/Linux London City - Top Tier Investment Bank We are currently recruiting for a strong C++ Developer/Programmer to join the Equities Internalization team of this leading Investment bank. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team which contributes significantly to the Equities business & you will gain business knowledge as you work directly with the business & strategists. The department's key focus is to build-out strategic technology for: order books & matching engines; smart order routing; integration with next-generation order management system. You will work on many aspects of internalization & smart order routing, including design, implementation & testing of major new functionality. There will be a small amount of enhancement to existing functionality, as they migrate to the global platform. To be the successful candidate you will have: Excellent C++ development skills in a UNIX environment; the ability to prioritise effectively across competing demands; Excellent communication skills; Strong academics including a Degree. Ideally you will have GUI development experience in C# & multi-threading; experience of low latency, high throughput systems.
